Breakfast, Lunchtime and After School Clubs
 All clubs for this term run from Monday 10th September to Friday 19th October 2018.
Breakfast Club
 

St Barnabas’ School Breakfast Club runs every morning for everyone (Monday—Friday) from 7.45am.

Breakfast (toast, cereal, juice) is provided, and children have opportunities to take part in indoor and outdoor activities with other pupils.

There is a small charge for each day, payable in advance. Please book your place and pay for Breakfast Club in the School Office. If your child arrives after 8.30am, the breakfast offered will be limited.

MONDAY
 

Homework Club (3:30pm - 4:15pm)

Join this club to set aside time to complete your homework with adults around to help you if you get stuck. Parents and carers also welcome.

TUESDAY

 

Choir with Miss Dolan and Mr Hearn (Tuesday morning 8:15am - 9:00am)

 

Exercise your vocal chords and prepare to perform songs with harmonies. Existing choir members do not need to reapply to join the choir.

Application to join the choir can be made directly to Miss Dolan but there are some criteria.

Note: Many of the choir performances do not happen during the school day. The expectation we have here at school is that all choir members take part in choir activities that take place in and out of usual school hours.

Join this club to set aside time to complete your homework with adults around to help you if you get stuck. Parents and carers also welcome.

 

Gardening Club with Miss Castle (3.30pm - 4.30pm)

Learn all about plants and how they grow in a hands on club where you will be sure to get your hands dirty.         

                                 

Dance Club with Miss Luthra (3.30pm - 4.30pm)

Come along to this club where you will have fun being active whilst the music plays!

WEDNESDAY
 
 
Cooking with Miss Tencerova (3.30pm-4.30pm)

Learn about ingredients and make your own tasty creations.                              

 

Art Club with Miss Nichole (3.30pm-4.30pm)

Develop your art skills using a range of techniques to produce artwork and develop your fine motor skills.

 

Computing with Miss Bitterman (3.30pm-4.30pm)

Use your computing skills to carry out a huge range of fun computing tasks. Using programs to code, research, design and make any number of computer based outcomes.

THURSDAY

 

Bootcamp with Miss Farrow (3.30pm-4.30pm)

Come along for a fun and active club. Take part in different fitness activities that will get your heart pumping.                                             

 

LEGO club with Miss MacDougall (3.30pm-4.30pm)

Who doesn’t love LEGO? Make all manner of machines and structures with Miss MacDougall, our in house LEGO expert.

FRIDAY

Join this club to set aside time to complete your homework with adults around to help you if you get stuck. Parents and carers also welcome.

 

Drama with Miss Keown (3:30pm - 4:30pm)

Take part in a wide range of drama based activities, learning to express yourself in a variety of forms while having fun.

If your child would like to join a club, or for more information, please fill in a Club Application Form which can be downloaded from document  below or can be obtained from the school office.

All places are offered on a first come first served basis so please return the completed form as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

All clubs must be paid for in advance.
